Her Health and Dr. Eden are out-of-network, but many insurance plans offer out-of-network coverage, which may allow you to receive partial reimbursement for your visit. We provide a superbill—a detailed receipt with medical codes—that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you’d like to check your out-of-network benefits, give us a call, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
